The role of fats & oils in your food cannot be overstated. That being said it is vitally important you are getting the appropriate amount of fats and oils in your daily food selections as well as in the proper proportions of Mono-saturated fats (MUFA's) and oils, Polyunsaturated oils (PUFA's) and Saturated fats (SFA).
Saturated Fats are actually the most energy dense and cleanest burning energy source so getting enough saturated fats back into the diet to power your OFM based training and competitions are a priority. This is relatively easy and can be accomplished without having to adhere to a rigid protocol. In fact, most people are amazed at how easy it is to maintain on a daily basis once they reach the “zen” of OFM.
