Vegetarians & Vegans need to pay much closer attention to their nutritional needs because obtaining the bio-available nutrition and nutritional balance is highly challenging on a plant based diet. This is particularly important if a person is highly active. OFM as worked with several Vegetarian athletes, a few Vegan Athletes (now former Vegans) and done the research and work to translate these critical nutritional needs into real world solutions.
