Overview of OFM Refund Policy
These refund policies apply only to consumers who are purchasing directly from the OFM site(s) and do not apply to OFM content/programs/coaching/consulting services being provided via an independent OFM Coach or other partnering entity. If you are accessing content, program materials, or coaching/consulting services through an independent OFM Coach their return policy applies.
Basic Content Subscription: You have 30 calendar days from the time of purchase to request a refund. As part of the refund process, and, so we can serve consumers better, you will have to fill out a refund request form and answer all of the questions.
DIY Programs: You have 30 calendar days from the time of purchase to request a refund. As part of the refund process, and, so we can serve consumers better, you will have to fill out a refund request form and answer all of the questions.
Group Programs: You have 30 calendar days from the time of purchase to request a refund. As part of the refund process, and, so we can serve consumers better, you will have to fill out a refund request form and answer all of the questions.
Coached Programs: Refunds for Coaching/Consulting Services will be considered on a case by case basis and the refund will be predicated upon the amount of time and investment we have on your case. If you are not satisfied or decide to for whatever reason you do not wish to continue, please notify your Coach immediately to cancel and to request a refund and we will begin the evaluation process.

Physical Products: While OFM does recommend and even markets various physical products through Vespa Power Products LLC (VPP) and other entities, OFM is not responsible for any refunds for any physical products. It is your responsibility to contact the product seller if you want to request a refund. Most of the products you will be using will, most likely be obtained from Vespa Power Products LLC and you can read their Return Policy here.
