This is our group continuation of the Metabolic Reset (MR) and Adaptation Phase of the OFM program. Group members continue to have full access to the Learning Centre, support and monthly group meetings where we discuss various topics related to metabolic performance. This includes individual consultations within the group context, collaboration and shared experience.
We also provide members with limited one-on-one support on an as needed basis.
Group members who are also subscribing to individual coaching by our team are included in the Integration so do not need pay the $120 fee.
