The Adaptation Course

An 8-week video and information course to build Metabolic Capacity upon the foundation created by the Metabolic Reset.
You will build aerobic capacity, power and stamina by combining the various elements of OFM.

Metabolic Testing

The package also includes 4 INSCYD Metabolic Tests offering a full suite of metabolic and physiological data to track your progress.

1 – optimally taken at the start of the Metabolic Reset (MR).
1 – taken after you have completed the MR and are beginning the Adaptation phase.
2 – taken when you feel you have fully Adapted and integrated OFM into your lifestyle or any other time thereafter.
